Our sports massage therapists are also trained in a range of specialist massage therapies, meaning we can support you with a much wider variety of needs.
This includes pregnancy sports massage massage, oncology massage, manual lymphatic drainage and hot stones massage. With a personalised treatment and maintenance plan, we'll help you get back to doing what you love.
PHYSIOTHERAPY

COUNSELLING
We offer compassionate, person-centred counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples, available both in-person in Aberdeenshire and online. Our sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore a wide range of challenges -including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, burnout and relationship difficulties.
Therapy is a collaborative journey, led by you and supported every step of the way. Through gentle reflection and honest conversation, counselling can help you uncover unhelpful patterns, reconnect with yourself and build the resilience to navigate life in a way that truly feels right for you.
All sessions are conducted by Louise Laird, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist with an MSc in Person-Centred Counselling.
AUDIOLOGY
We offer a range of audiology services in Westhill, including free hearing tests, ear wax removal, hearing aid fitting and aftercare, and tinnitus consultations.
Our services are delivered by David Bowes, an HCPC-registered audiologist with extensive experience, supported by Cameron Bowes, a fully qualified Hearing Care Assistant.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY
We offer Shockwave Therapy (also known as ESWT) as a non-surgical treatment option for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, lower back pain, frozen shoulder and knee osteoarthritis, among others.
By delivering high-energy sound waves to damaged soft tissue, the treatment stimulates the body's natural healing process - with many patients experiencing a reduction in pain and improved movement as a result.
Each session is carried out by a trained Shockwave Therapy practitioner at Step & Stone Health in Westhill.
Shockwave Therapy is the treatment for chronic injuries.
